Day: 01: Cochin – Athirapally

You are greeted on arrival at the Cochin Airport /Railway station by our representative and transfer you to the Hotel at Athirapally. Upon arrival check into the hotel. Afternoon: It’s the time for you to experience the fury and beauty of the Athirapally waterfalls. Affording to the onlookers, one of the most bewitching sights, Athirappally Falls is about 80 feet high and located in the forest area. Experience the whispering breeze, the lovely sylvan rain forests and the river. Overnight stay in the hotel at Athirapally.

Day: 02: Athirapally – Thattekad

Morning after check out from the hotel at 9.00 Am and proceed to Thattekad. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel. After refreshment we will take you to Thattekad Bird Sanctuary, also known as the Dr Salim Ali Bird Sanctuary. Rare birds like Mottled Wood Owl, Spot-bellied Eagle Owl, Malayan Night Heron, Sri Lanka Frogmouth, Rusty-tailed Flycatcher, Grey-headed Bulbul and the Nilgiri Wood Pigeon are the major attrations of the sanctuary. Stay overnight in the Hotel at Thattekad.

Day: 03: Thattekad – Houseboat

Morning after breakfast, check out from the hotel/resort and proceed to Alleppey where at about 12.00 noon you can check in to the much awaited houseboat. Cruising in a House Boat through the back waters of Kerala is the fabulous way to explore the fascinating beauty of the backwaters. Sit back and relax while the boat cruises through the narrow serene backwaters, rivers and canals. Lunch, Evening Tea/Coffee with snacks, dinner and breakfast will be served on board. Enjoy your evening on the sun decked sand and shore. Overnight stay at House Boat will be a unique experience. (Air conditioner in the houseboat will be on only from 09 P.M. to 06 A.M.

Day: 04: Departure

Finally the day has come to say bye – – – Please have the breakfast before you check out of the houseboat at 09:00 hrs. We transfer you from the Houseboat to the airport / railway station at Cochin. (If time permit you are lucky to visit Alleppey Beach, Cochin Marine Drive)
